National Security

Department of the Navy – Seaport-e (sub)

AETS provides support as a subcontractor to the U.S. Navy’s SEAPORT Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) contract vehicle. We have highly-skilled resources available in two core zones – Northeast (1), National Capital (2) to fulfill requirements under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle.

SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management and Program Management across seven distinct geographic regions. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC and NAVSUP –as well as the Office of Naval Research, United States Marine Corp (USMC), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and select others) compete their service requirements amongst over 2000 SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders through a streamlined and automated acquisition process.

Department of the Army – ITES-2S (sub)

AETS provides support as a subcontractor to the Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S) contract, which allows the U.S. Army to quickly procure high-quality, cost-effective IT solutions and services for the Army’s enterprise business systems that support the warfighter. The contract comprise of business process re-engineering, information systems security, information assurance, IT services, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, enterprise design, integration and consolidation and education and training.

Department of Homeland Security – EAGLE II FC1 (sub)

The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) solutions through performance of a wide range of support services. The goal of EAGLE II is to strengthen and unify the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) ability to share information.

Dell has a comprehensive IT services and business services portfolio and will work with DHS to develop and implement systems, software and operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions that facilitate EAGLE II’s goal of secure information sharing.

Our service model approach starts with standard, modular services components that we tailor to the needs and goals of the DHS mission. Applying our deep industry expertise, we then accelerate the most mission-critical results.

Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (Dell), under FC1 Unrestricted, will provide the following services:

IDIQ Contracts

Federal Aviation Administration – eFAST (sub)

Under this Blanket Purchase Agreement contract, AETS is eligible to provide information technology, engineering and business services for the next seven years to FAA. With a $2 Billion ceiling, eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals. The eFAST program has a base period of five years through September 30, 2016, with two options of one-year each.

AETS provides support as a subcontractor on the five functional areas including:

EX-IM Bank (sub)

The objective of this BPA is to provide program management and business requirements analysis; Ex-Im Online system operations and maintenance and sustaining engineering; next generation and new service-oriented architecture platform; and documentation, Web 2.0 social media, and online training.
